Top 10 knockout in the last 10 years

best knockout 10 years
Here is my list of the best knockouts in the last 10 years. This is in no way an exhausted list to be honest I could have made a list of 100 knockouts. Comment below if you agree with my list or if you think I’ve missed a good knockout in the last 10 years.

Carl Froch vs Gorge Groves 2 31st May 2014

This fight was a rematch between the too, going into the 9th round the fight was even and even in the 9th it looked like the momentum was swinging towards Groves but then this happen

Chad Dawson vs Adonis Stevenson 8th June 2013

This one made the list because it was Stevenson first fight at light heavyweight and nobody was giving him a chance, on paper it was a fight Dawson should have won. Then out of nowhere this happened.

Kevin Mitchell vs Ghislain Maduma 31st May 2014

This is on my list because going into the 11th round Mitchell was behind on all the cards and he was told by his corner he needed a knockout to win so that what he did.

Anthony Joshua vs Dillian Whyte 12th December 2015

I know this is a very resent fight but it made the list because it was the first fight where Joshua had been past the 3rd round, and the first time Joshua was hurt in a fight but he still came back to do this.

Lucian Bute vs Carl Froch 26 May 2012

Ok I know this is the second appearance of Carl Froch on my list. This ones on the list because of the amount of pressure on Carl Froch he was coming off a loss against Andre Ward, he was fighting in his hometown and many people thought he was fighting for his career. He when into the ring and took Bute apart

Ricky Hatton vs Jose Luis Castillo 23rd June 2006

In my opinion no list would be complete without Ricky “The Hitman” Hatton, this knockout is on my list because it’s one of the best examples of a body shot finished you will ever see.

Amir Khan vs Danny Garcia 14th July 2012

This one makes the list because it shows how one punch can change a fight. Earlier in the fight Khan was in control even cutting Garcia’s right eye, but Garcia came back  and did this in the 4th round.

Manny Pacquiao vs Oscar Dela Hoya 6th December 2008

Ok technically  this wasn’t a knockout but it’s on my list because the result sent shockwaves through the world of boxing.

Amir Khan vs Briedis Prescott 6th September 2008

I’m sorry to all the Amir Khan fans out there because this is the second appearance  of Amir getting knocked out on my list.  This was one of the biggest upsets in British boxing history. At the time of this fight Amir was thought to be the next big thing in boxing. Everyone thought Khan should have won this fight but then this happened

David Haye vs Audley Harrison 13th November 2010

This one is on my list because it was an all British world title fight that was billed as a 50/50 fight until this happened.
